With this HR 45 a new era began for the famous yard: Germán Frers, one of the world's most talented naval architects designed this beautiful yacht. This sailing yacht is a magnificent specimen which, thanks to her recent refit, is completely up to date technically. Her interior is still completely original, breathtakingly beautiful, an oasis of calm. Here you come home. A center cockpit, as on this HR 45, is the most peaceful option for those who spend long periods at sea. The position of the cockpit makes you less likely to be bothered by swells while sailing, and plenty of headroom remains throughout the yacht. Under the cockpit tent you sit pleasantly dry and out of the wind. If you want to sail in style or enjoy the sun, you can easily roll up the hood. In the cockpit are two benches with cushions, the table can be folded. Below, the experience of space amazes. Thanks to carefully placed windows and roof hatches, plenty of natural light enters. The yacht is designed so that the guest and master cabin give optimum privacy without having to close the doors. The mahogany furniture with elegant lines, refined drawers and book shelves appeal to the imagination. The yacht has a beautiful timeless interior. The staircase enters centrally into the living space with an L-shaped galley on the starboard side. On the port side is the chart table and access to all technology. The salon has a blue velvet L-sofa with a large table. On the starboard side no sofa but two comfortable sofas flanked by elegant cabinets and bookshelves. This is a voltrete. Forward you first enter the hallway with plenty of closet space and a sofa/bed for an extra guest. Here is the guest bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Through the hallway you go to the cabin with V-bed, which you can adjust to a large double bed. Also here is storage space. The master cabin is very spacious. It has something romantic thanks to the beautifully cared for wooden cabinets, the built-in blue velvet seat and beautiful bed. This bathroom also has a toilet, sink and separate shower.
This yacht underwent a more than complete refit in 2022. It is technically up to date with today's needs and standards. The yacht is easy to sail, safe and reliable. Refit 2022: deck, superstructure and dockhouse GRP were fitted with additional polyester mat and after removing teak on the deck the whole thing was painted. The blue bands were sprayed, the white color professionally polished. The underwater ship a professional osmosis treatment (in 2020) and 2 coats of Silic One (Aug 2022). New cockpit tent (Aug 2022) and new skin penetrations Trudesign with ball valves.
