Linssen builds yachts to keep cruising comfortably in all weather conditions. This Grand Sturdy 45.0 is a beauty. With her powerful twin engines, she moves flawlessly over the water. She is steady on course and remains stable. Safe sailing is ensured thanks to the wide gangways, both engines, stern and bow thrusters and the multifunctional Raymarine navi electronics. The tent shelters steering position and outside saloon from cold wind or rain. At the steering position there is also heating. The large teak table invites you to spend hours here chatting, dining or enjoying sailing. With the U-shaped sofa, this is top notch. Both on the aft deck, foredeck and the gangways is solid teak.
Inside, you'll be surprised by the abundance of light. There is also tremendous storage space. The living space has two seating areas, placed diagonally so you can keep talking to each other. On the starboard side is a huge u-shaped sofa that can be transformed into an extra bed. It is upholstered in fine leather, as is the double sofa in the dinette. The interior is in beautifully finished and very well maintained cherry wood. The galley has all it needs to cook a good meal. There is no gas on board. Under the sofa is an extra refrigerator drawer so you can stay on the water for a long time with this Linssen. There is a nice marine floor, convenient to maintain. Two separate carpets provide a cosy feeling. The stairs have recessed lighting.
In the front you will find the cozy guest cabin with a central bed and plenty of closets. There is an ensuite bathroom with toilet and sink. A second guest cabin has single beds placed side by side. The shower is separate and therefore very spacious. A washer/dryer is also located here. The master cabin with ensuite bathroom offers plenty of privacy in the back of the yacht. Again, the shower is separate. The cozy room has its own TV set, a convenient sofa and plenty of closets.
