About the Broom 395

Broom Boats of Brundall (UK) is one of Norfolk’s oldest boatyards, founded at the end of the 19th century. Driven by a passion for boating, Broom spent generations building durable, high-quality yachts, designed to be robust and to stand the test of time with ease.

This 2010 Broom 395 is a beautiful and well-maintained motor yacht, offered by her second owner. She is ideal for carefree cruising and for fully enjoying extended stays on board or unforgettable holidays on the water. With 3 cabins, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate shower, she offers the comfort and space you would expect from a quality yacht.

The cockpit has been designed with versatility in mind. While underway, you can enjoy a wide bench seat by the helm; once moored or at anchor, this area transforms into a cosy seating space. Thanks to the cockpit canopy, it also becomes an additional usable living area, sheltered from cooler weather or rain.

Upon entering the interior, the fresh and light atmosphere is immediately striking. Large windows and warm woodwork create a welcoming, timeless ambiance. The overall impression is one of calm, comfort, and that unmistakable holiday feeling.

Lower in the yacht is the galley, fully equipped to provide every comfort during longer stays on board. The dinette was converted by order of the current owner into a third cabin, which can also be used as storage space with an additional berth. The owner’s cabin features a centrally positioned bed, practical storage space, and a neat finish, with a separate shower to starboard and a private head to port. The guest cabin, with its V-berth and private sanitary facilities, has also been designed with comfort and ease of use in mind.

A complete and stylish yacht, ready for new adventures on the water.
